Once you get halfway through the game, you unlock Holy Dance which does almighty damage. It avoids any and all barriers or reflections and after that all you have to do to win any fight is just up your magic exclusively. It's been a good few years since I've beaten Alice, but here's what I think I brought to the fight.

Demons can be whatever, mostly. I don't recall if you can get Anti-Almighty on demons, but if you can it would probably help their survival a bit. I'd probably get Salvation/Samarecarm on them as well for maximum tanking if you're really focused on survival. I think Alice just had a Null Phys resist, so putting Pierce+Multi-Hit on them would probably work wonders. If it's Repel, then go with Almighty spam.
You can probably bring other faggots to the fight as well, but they're largely fodder for Alice. Plus the enemy spawns help to ensure you don't run out of MP via Drain abuse, and having more allies in the fight screws with that a bit.
