Typically those marks are just images. Anyone can put them up. Looks like payments aren't processed on site (at least I hope not, they dont have an SSL), which would be why they dont have them. A buddy of mine got a ps3 used some time ago, and it had a problem with the power supply where it'd just shut down and not even register that it was plugged in after an hour or so, he'd unplug it for awhile, plug it back in again, and it'd work temporarily then shut down again.
