everyones expectations are so high that episode 3 will be panned and universally criticized. They make far more money being a game distributor, running a marketplace where people can exchange imaginary things, and selling hats.

They make enough money from their cash shop and Steam Market that they have no reason to take a risk and make a game that might end up being a huge disappointment.
