You'd probably be better off spending it on the Wii U, which has modding methods on the way but no clear date on when they're released, could be months. You can currently pirate Wii U games but you can't play them online yet.

Not sure if it's a good Ace Combat game but I've been wanting to get into the series for a while now.
I only know that it's a remake of 2 and have to play the other games yet.
But I got it for ~20€ and had fun with it. (I only have a N3DS and the control-update for the N3DS is free)
