Learn from an idiot who had all pokeyman and corrupted his save, including a legit GER Jirachi by getting greddy and downloading JP pokeyman...

Learn how to create save files for your game.
Just look up save tools, and create a save, oh and besides, HG cartridges are prone to self corruption over time.

Gonna miss my original team, in retrospective I am somewhat glad it happened I had put 500+ hours into it.

nah mate, either move them up to decent (or great), or make a new sub tier. Gen 6 is leagues below Gen 5, and doubly so if you take quality of life features away and focus on the actual content.
