I'm a PC player, and I have to say he's not even that weak.
Use turret to cover flanks, rather than chokepoints, and you yourself go out and fight. Rivet Gun has some stupid damage, and the alt-fire can destroy tanks. Armor is also unbelieveably fantastic as well.

The problem I have with him is that most maps are enclosed so it's impossible to shoot at the turret without it being able to hit you. Ans even if you risk your HP to take it out, you probably don't have enough to deal with the Torbjorn hanging around it, so you leave for HP but he puts it back up again. I feel like it should go into like 15-20 second cool down after its destroyed desu

they should increase his APM requirements. Make it so that there's a little "ddr" minigame that he has to play on the numpad when his turret is shooting to increase DPS. I think they should nerf its dps by 75% but the the % amount you get in the ddr minigame is extra turret damage! so if you get 100% on a foe it's 100% extra damage! I think that'd be balanced and increase the skill ceiling on this nooby char.

Playing on PC and PS4, Torb makes it the most obvious that there's a HUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEE gulf between the player bases and it has nothing to do with input.
Torb is S tier 70 winrate on console. The retards there just don't know how to beat him. A 5-6 Torb team can go on an insane streak.
On PC he's pretty much a waste pick in every situation.
