I can't help myself but the gameplay looks clunky and kinda like Bamham meets Dragon Age. Should've been a top-down game. Less effort on ingame assets and more effort in mapmaking and actual gameplay.

It costs money and hinders your sales to a certain extent, if you are lucky and your game is good you can get pirates to buy it at least on sale, if it can't e cracked most of the pirates would not even care to get the game, also most of the games that used denuvo were uninteresting and boring in the end, people could evade buyers remorse if the game didn't had Denuvo in first place.

Fuck yes you should keep going, that's where the story starts getting good (and you unlock neat technomancy which makes the combat better.) Granted, as you know Mars War Logs has mediocre graphics and underwhelming combat, but god damn the storytelling and lore was fucking fantastic. Very hyped for The Technomancer.
However, and this is a massive however - Bound By Flame was rushed like absolute fuck and much less inspired than Mars War Logs. If the Technomancer is as rushed as Bound By Flame was, the game will be a disappointing 6/10. It still saddens me to this day that Mars War Logs was a downloadable low priced game where as Bound By Flame was a full $60 release, because it resulted in most people saying "oh, Spiders? You mean the studio behind the mediocre Bound By Flame?"

That's an excellent point, I actually completely agree. Bound By Flame had superior combat, especially due to the dagger style which singlehandedly redeemed the game for me (or at least made the five dollars I spent worthwhile.) Bound By Flame had excellent graphics and superior combat, but it was just so much less inspired than Mars War Logs. I know I sound like a broken record saying that, but even the protagonist's voice acting in BBF is so goddamn amateur and rushed.
A great example is comparing the intros of both games. Mars War Logs had an interesting narration from Innocence, then shifted to a tense scene of Roy staring at the fat rapist, then defied expectations by having the player control Roy. Bound By Flame's intro was just... oh look, here are some skeletons, set up some traps.

Considering most people don't know who the hell Spiders is, it's actually advantageous for them to decline Denuvo, since piracy and word-of-mouth (assuming their game is good) will help bolster sales. See Hotline Miami for a prime example (granted that game had excellent gameplay, not sure about The Technomancer.)
