I've been thinking about that too, I'll probably just get a PS4 and VitaTV since I can use the controller for both. But other than Dragon's Crown I don't really know what to get on Vita. Maybe Muramasa.

Well this E3 especially felt like they don't want to associate with Japanese games anymore. The sony conference was really fucking short, there's no reason for them to not show stuff like the Nier boss trailer or the Gravity Rush 2 trailer they had there.
The only thing I plan to play in that list is #FE, I don't have a PS4 or a Vita.
I will never buy a vita, ever and I love Japanese games.
