Actually, it came from /owg/. It was started by some guy who started posting D.va and S76 pictures, then the meme evolved from D.va having a daddy fetish and wanting S76 to fuck her, to them having a father/daughter relationship. Some Tumblr users who go to /vg/ started making art, then the rest of the Overwatch fandom or whatever phrase for it is caught on to it and and Dad76 meme was born.
