combat's fairly good, not amazing tier
second one is edge-master tier, In the start menu of the game you can play a making of video where the team is like 'THANKS TO THE SUCCESS OF THE FIRST ONE WE HIRED GODSMACK FOR SOME HELP ON THE GAME SOUNDTRACK'
it was kinda cool though there are some neat tracks in there like struggle in th elibrary and path of the sandwraith
combat got neat because you essentially had one button for regular sword, and one button for "sword I just picked up in my off hand" and you could combine them to do reggae dances
third one got clunky and shitty but still held my interest for that golden sweet climbing platforming

A really good first game with some bugs (they all have bugs, really. Save often) and an annoying combat system. A second game where the main designer went full edgelord, gave the prince his own arm tattoo and tried hard as he could to become god of war, the combat a little bit improved. Then a third game which added more set pieces and QTEs, but ultimately tried to redeem the previous game, it had overall improved combat and a satisfying conclusion to the story.
3 is the buggiest, 2 has the best puzzles, 1 is the overall best game. They're three of the best platformers of that time.

I'm glad we've reached the point where PoP '08 is finally getting some love. Loved the asthetics and the bantz in that game. Fuck that DLC epilogue, though.
