Why is this game causing so much butthurt through the entire internet?

Becaus it was literally the only gamebesides Nier of courseat E3 worth talking about. So since people don't have actual criticisms they complain about the graphics and or "empty" overworld or "gimmicks" without explaining themselves.

Children who own one console because they are kids have this huge sense of brand loyalty to brands that don't give a shit about them so they do those brands job for them a shit on the competition

All recent open world games are based on ENDLESS QUESTS or SURVIVAL AND CRAFTING while zelda actually does let you do some cool shit with the world other than that

So the Nintendrone distortion field has reached critical levels it seems.
There's nothing impressive about this game, it looks like an old-gen game. And that's Nintendo's flagship IP and basically the only significant release left on the Wii U as far as we know.
It's probably going to be a decent game mind you, but it looks like a game from 10 years ago.
Hopefully that's just because they rushed a gimped version for the Wii U and the NX will look much better. Indie games look better than that.
