Do you in fact live in Brazil? You don't need to pay for 50 years of PS Plus in advance, you can pay $10 for a month. There are literally no games on the console decent enough to warrant playing them online for more than a month. Out of all the scummy, jewish practices in the video game industry, you choose to get mad over the one that was started by Microsoft over a decade ago. It's chump change and only matters for exclusives because obviously if you cared so much about having to pay a whole FIFTY dollars a year, you probably already have a PC that can run games like Blazblue.

The idea that it's somehow dirt cheap because you can divide your payment over time is silly. The final cost for online play is fucking ridiculous. Especially since it's a fee you shouldn't even have to pay to begin with.

Ps+ on 7th gen, bleed sony cause all the free games were "good one" mostly AA games. that they had to pay back royalties to the publisher for every "free Ps+ game" someone downloaded.
this is why on Ps4 almosts all Ps+ games are indie or trash. they cut down the looses, and started to print money out of the drones. in 2015 fiscal year. 1/3 of ALL earning in the PS division came from the PS+ subscriptions

People said the same thing about the Xbox. That people just wouldn't buy it. But Xbox Live was a huge success.
And people said the same thing about PlayStation. That people would never move onto the PS4 if it charged for online. But they did.
If Nintendo starts to charge for online play with the NX. Then it'll be the norm for the entirety of the console market.
And by that point, when it's so damn "normal" to take an extra fee for online play. What makes you think Microsoft wouldn't start to charge for online play on Windows? They're the fuckers who started to charge for online play to begin with back with Xbox Live.

They can try to consolize PC, as they have tried to do many times, with their own store, Xbox arcade version for PC and such, but Steam and competition overall destroys that concept, and this is why they focus so much on their console, because there they can freely charge for online, ask for platform royalty and such.

Steam numbers have Win 10 having an edge over 7, but we don't know exactly who are the 10 owners, are they just people playing via craptops playing DotA? I would much rather they do this, than sit on increasingly stagnating hardware for 5-10 years, holding everyone back, and then release a new piece of hardware that nobody really knows how to fully take advantage of until the hardware is outdated again. Because Neo is almost literally no different than the regular PS4. Games are UPSCALED to 4k, not TRUE 4K.
Meanwhile, Scorpio will have TRUE 4K and has 6 tflops. Neo will lose because of this. So im saving my money on Scorpio.
