It will end up having horror on it, Kojima said this is a game that will have ideas he has been thinking about for quite some time, I guess he was pretty hyped during the whole Silent Hills ruse so I bet he will end up making it spoopy at least in some parts.
However, Ito could work on the script and creature design as well, he really knows how to make things that stink of unneasiness.
I imagine the game will be deeply steeped in environmentalist symbolism but you ultimately end up having to sacrifice the noble whales in order to save humanity. That way it justifies the jap whaling industry.
