He had a good rouges gallery. Shriek, Inque, Curare, Royale Flush Gang, Spellbinder, Starro andMad Stan. Him not having an archnemesis I think was a good thing and doesn't fuck things up when you wanna world build, which fucked up arkham city IMO
Bruce dying would be a good overall plot arch and a good send off for Conroy.
