There's some NPC talking about using it but you don't actual see the process, someone talk about mantling the hearth and then install it into some big ass robot it but I don't understand how that would make any sense. Todd literary have the final say in everything. The reason there's no Imga or Sloads in the game is because Todd said no to it. Whenever there's content being made, a new DLC, they have to pitch it to Bethesda first before they get a green light.
It's the reason we haven't seen anything from the centre of Black Marches yet, Bethesda haven't agreed on the storylines and lore-additions to it.

It went from being a jungle up until Morrowind to tempered forest in Oblivion. The problem here is that if Tiber Septim would have made it into a forest, he would have done so while he was still walking around on the earth. And Morrowind takes place long after he died. And people in Morrowind still talked about Cyrodiil as having a jungle and huge rice fields.
It's the same problem that gave us the Warp in the west, and how ESO handled Argonians going from no poison resistance to 100% poison resistance and back to no poison resistance by having Argonians have notable poison resistance, ending up with no one getting what they want. And that's just to name a few shenanigans going on in the series.

Kagrenac made the brass tower then tuned the Dwemer's tonal resonance to that of the heart of Lorki Dorki. He then severed that tone from the heart and placed it into the Numidium making them one with their god, poofing them to become a part of the Numidium; its skin. It's not so much fighting, the Logicians are called that because they literally argue down the Numidium. The Numidium's power come from the collective dwemer souls denying everything around them exists. the Logician's job is to try to argue back and stall them indefinitely, much like trying to deal with a shitposter except it kills everything if you don't reply.
But yeah, Altmer are fucking powerful, about the only race that could stand up against them are Imperials. The Elder Council is basically SEELE.

Yes, the Dwemer figured out reality was bullshit by using the scientific method and realized that the rules of reality never lined up and could be changed by ones perception. They did experiments with Deadra, for example, to show that reality was playing a charade, as if it was being told as an orale story and completely susceptible to continual mistakes, inconsistencies and plot holes, as well as distractions that make it lose track of the story it's trying to tell.
They did an experiment with one deadra with a rose in a box and basically proved that Daedra pretend to be omniscient, in the sense that they are omniscient but only within the range of knowledge that reality confidently understands. Since reality is almost like a person in the series, it can be tricked by outplaying it's assumptions which leads to deadra fucking up and being wrong.
This apparently pisses them off immensely, because the god mind constantly re-assures them in their power and those mistakes almost remind them that they're just dolls of a delusional mind.
