I got it for free through work, and since I'm IT I have to get to know it anyway. So I just said fuck it and installed it couple days ago.
So far not that happy. Lot of bugs and freezes with pretty regular programs. A lot of things can be corrected through regedit, but you shouldn't have to.
So long as they're not Windows Store exclusive, but Scalebound's really the only thing that has me very interested. I just don't want to have to log-in with a Live account.

Because the Universal Windows Platform all Windows Store programs (including games) run on is of such a different engineering than Win32 programs (including Steam ones) that many basic features of PC games (SLI/Crossfire, v-sync) don't work on the Windows Store games and you can't mod Windows Store games at all (even somethimy as basic as a temperature monitoring overlay). I already have Windows 10. I figured it'll have more longevity than Windows 7 and that there are games and emulators that run better with it (or in the case of Microsoft's games, only run on it).
I do think Final Fantasy XV will wind up being Windows 10 only, so if there's any game I'd say would be worth upgrading for its it. I know a PC version isn't announced yet, but its only a matter of time and they said they'd be looking into a higher spec version, which I guess means it'll utilize a higher version of Direct X.

Fuck I don't get some of you idiots. I have a 3TB hard drive dedicated to nothing but various programs I use. Some put together by a teenage kid in his basement, some from billion dollar companies. They range from video and audio production, to games, to programing, to 3D work, the list goes on.
There is no incentive for a developer like me to switch to an operating system that could cause problems when I have zero problems with my current setup. Security is not an issue. Even if windows 7 support was stopped today, you can bet your ass I'd run it without a single serious security concern for the next 5 years because I'm not fucking stupid.
When you try to push something like Windows 10 down peoples throat, take into account what some user's actually do with their PCs, and what their setup's are.

If you're running an unpatched version of Windows you'll be opening yourself up not just to zero-day exploits, but also to exploits that you should have had fixed for ages.
Microsoft has really fucked their users over by putting things other than security fixes in their update channel, but the fact is that if you want a secure Windows system now your only option is to upgrade to 10.
The only other option is to get out of the Windows ecosystem which is easier now than it ever has been in the past.
