Season 1 ends with them entering into Cruel Difficulty, Season 2 opening episode is a jaunt through all of Cruel and finally coming to the Cruel Lord's Labyrinth for Episode 2, they get slaughtered time and again, montage of death, until they finally kill Izaro.
More montage into maps and then they get to meet various denizens of the corrupted worlds held within.
Mediocre, but not bad.
