You know it's true.

Pyro is way harder to get kills with than Soldier, even though Pyro is one of my more played classes and Soldier is my least played.

This is to be useful to your team, not getting zero assists and a backstab every five minutes.
>>341841280
engie is a bit too high
demo not high enough
sniper should be a bit more to the right
soldier higher and more to the right
pyro is not that easy
heavy needs basically nothing, you either walk in after teammates and clean up or go in first and act as a distraction/tank
>>341841280
Being a 24/7 scout, I don't use any strategies other than aggressively bumrushing whatever enemy I can spot by himself.
>>341842681
Sniper requires literally no knowledge of how the game works.
Spy is only useful if the enemy team is incompetent.
Sure you can sap nests, but what self respecting fortress engineer doesn't have his back to the wall and isn't in the sentry's firing circle?
You can come up behind a conga line of enemies and annihilate the whole team, but that's only if they choose to be completely unaware of their surroundings.
I think the most use I've ever been as a spy when it comes to the flow of a game is pissing people off and making them waste time looking for me instead of helping their team win fights or push.
Whenever there's a spy they'd be far better of as a medic imo. It's a fun class don't get me wrong, but a spy's impact always seems minimal.absolutely nothing is worse than a bad sniper bar none
>heavy
>skill
Pick one, playing heavy is all about knowing where to be at what time, so almost 100% strategy. If you have amazing aim and just stand in the open (kinda like in the "Meet the Heavy" clip), you are basically a free kill for almost anyone. Also you gotta know when to eat your Dalokosh bar if your team has no Medic. This is coming from a Natasha Heavy main
>>341844138
Did they make Natasha any better? When I stopped playing nobody used it because its damage was hot garbage compared to the amount of slowdown per hit you actually got.
As in, if you caught somebody who wasn't sub 150 at a doorway and dumped into them at point blank they could just turn around and run and be fine.

I think Soldier takes more skill than demo
pyro takes the most skills you fucking plebian
i bet you main soldier or scout - easiest fucking mercenaries to main
>>341844315
-25% damage hurts, but I feel like it's OP, really.
>that 20% damage resist when spin up
Every enemy receives a -20% damage on all weapons, so -25% dmg doesent hurt near as much
>that slowdown
Demoknights, Pyros, and Scouts posses almost no danger to you if they come from the front, bullets literally turn corners with a ping over 100, and it makes your aim jerk a lot when you are being hit, making it much harder to concentrate on aiming. It also makes hitting your target a lot easier
>b-but stock heavy will kill you, he has faster spin-up time and 5% more damage
I spin up my gun before I turn any corner, so spin up is not a problem. And I use the Dalokosh bar (aka the most underrated weapon in the game), so I automatically have 50 more hp.
>>341844807
The 20% damage resist was definitely not in game when I stopped (to be fair this was several years ago or so) so I can definitely see that being very helpful.
>>341845062
I remember when Natascha had 600 ammo instead, was pretty cool to shoot non-stop for a minute. They also added the 20% damage resist for the Brass Beast, making it sometimes useful on defense if your team has no engeneer.
>>341841280
>red spy
>more skill and or strategy
One thing you do when you are red spy on defense
Find the choke point that your team is defending, go behind the enemy team and then backstab as they try to go through the choke point and fight your team.
That's it.
and that's the most efficient way to play spy.
>>341844420
wow that shit is sick
>>341841280
no
>strategy isn't part of skill
It's clear what teen gaming boards mean when they say "skill", but it's still abuse of english.
>>341845746
I didn't really know an alternative, since it's a bit more complex than just aim in the case of Scout.
