I watched it live. It's a total waste of time. He is totally off-the-cuff and has basically nothing worthwhile to say except "eh, it doesn't really appeal to me."
He did not put thought into it at all, do not waste your time except as background noise.

Everybody seems to think Sony's one was great but all I remember was a bunch of samey looking forests and a massively long video of Infinite Warfare which bored me to tears on top of being a multiplat. Obviously there's some kind of behind the scenes dealing to get that trailer there for the mainstream audience and to strengthen ties with Activision but I don't see why they couldn't also have shown trailers for Gravity Rush, Nioh and Persona 5 as well. Games that are actually exclusive. The Last Guardian was the only thing I'm really looking forward to.
As far as I'm concerned Nintendo won it with a single game.
