OP what's your video card? I remember back when I had an extremely shitty integrated graphics laptop that Transistor wouldn't let me past the "sorry, your specs don't meet the requirements, please close the game" screen, yet just a simple line added to steam launch settings (something like "-skiphardwarecheck", don't remember exactly what it was) let me bypass that black lock screen and the game played PERFECTLY.
I was so fucking salty. I could absolutely understand a competetitve PVP game restricting users based on hardware, but a fucking single-player isometric game that runs flawlessly even on integrated graphics? Come on. The game was excellent but the devs went full retard on that one.
