The Ranger was legit nearly broken, the Engraved Rangers can reliably two shot to even one shot most of the enemies in the game. It practically trivializes sections of the game

That Gun in New Vegas
The Sniper Elite Zombie Army trilogy has the webly revolver. Its slow to shoot and low on ammo but landing a longshot or knocking lines of zombies with a single shot is really nice
