On console? I don't know. If you were pure peasant and actually had the fortitude to play that with all DLC in the first place you're a mindless fanboy so of course you'll run out and buy the upgraded version that doesn't run at 20 FPS or (if you were on PS3) didn't shit itself at a certain point and get down to 5 fps or plain crash every minute.
If you own Skyrim with all the DLC on PC you get the upgrade for free. I was bored and dumb enough to pick up Hearthfire a while back so I now get muh free godrays.
