The main character is a representation of Kojima and how he feels stranded after Konami ditched him. Bound to his child (MGS Series) he laments for a time before it is taken from him and seen moving toward five figures. These figures represent each of the five MGS maintitle games and the series as a whole.
Kojima is stranded but, MGS floats above the ruined land.
