You play a straight shooter, where everyone moves the same speed jumps the same height and picks their guns up off the ground, there is no excuse for losing, other than lack of skill. You will be surprised how many kids play these games. They have no idea about game mechanics, and teaching them is useless. These game forces you to play as a team, win the game as a team, which is very hard if you get these retarded kids in your team.

As some anon explained in other thread I think the game doesnt even have any kind of MMR at the moment and it just sort players in A, B, C and D categories based on their performance and wins. Then when an A player's wins go above 50% it starts sending turboshitters from C and D to his team making games onesided stomps. Then when your winrate goes below 50% it gives you the A and B players instead.
I mean one game I lose so hard that I get golden eliminations from 2 kills and in the next one I go 15-0 without them ever capping a point. You really telling me that all the people in the game are close to each others skill level and that this is just "randomness of the matchmaking"? I fucking played Dota 2 (the game where "everyone" complains about the matchmaking) for 5000 hours and I found it fair. In Overwatch games over very often set straight from the beginning and thats not how a healthy matchmaking should work.

Protip: try playing zenyatta.in public games. His healing and damage range is far enough so u can heal ur retarded teammates spread all over the map. Whilst not overcommiting yourself. Im having a decent time with him. And often times hes not seen as (a real healer) so youll often get a second support in your group aswell.

The thing that sucks about this game is that it's a first person shooter with hard counters. There are many situations where you just lose no matter how well you play. It's not like in say TF2 where if you're a scout and you round the corner to a natascha heavy in your face, you're at a serious disadvantage but if you dodge right and shoot well there's still a chance you can win. This lowers the skill ceiling and is exceedingly frustrating when you've played many fps over the years. It's like playing a MOBA, and I hate MOBAs.
In addition to that the community is pants on head retarded. There is no incentive to play objectives beyond epeen potgs and the cards, which is what people truly play for, not to win. The game doesn't do a good enough job of communicating that winning is important, there's no announcer yelling at you that you failed while you get blown to smithereens by the enemy team, or to get on the point you dumbass. Instead it's like, hey get on the point if it's convenient, or don't whatever it's all light hearted fun, and if you lose at least you tried! Check out this sick q press you did! And you got 12 fan the hammer kills, that's shit hot here have a card where other retards will vote for you and pat your ass and tell you how awesome you are!
The game desperately needs to incentivise winning the game more, not this stupid hugbox casual bullshit. It also needs more characters that are better at reigning in some of the cheese. The maps need to be bigger with more ways to go and fight around, and less railroading your entire pub through a chokepoint.
It's just a mess right now. I want to play the game because the classes are fun and the mechanics and abilities are cool and solid, but everything else about it makes me not want to play at all.
