Syms gun is great for breaching and pushing, and shuts down genjis trying to be sneaky.

Except on offense you're not defending the point, you're taking it, and time that Torbjorn is spending dinking around with his turret trying to get it to level 2 is time that a better offensive hero could be using to actively push the enemy off the point and cap it. I can understand the value of a torb on a payload, but for pubs you're putting too much faith in coordination that simply isn't there.
And symmetra is made of paper; a good team will know how dangerous she can be if they ignore her so she'll be the first targetted and torn apart. Perhaps for maps where you're capturing two points it could be useful to be able to pop turrets quickly while using her gun, but you'd still be better off getting someone sturdier to give your pushes backbone.

His brain dead healing is just as useful as mercys, but he can also damage you while he's doing it. He can easily get environmental kills as well. A good Lucio will also know how to move, making him very hard to actually hit with anything that isn't a flashbang or hook, and unless you can burst him down he'll just heal right back up while you get killed by his team.
Not even gonna get into his Ult or speed boost, but 2 Lucios will be the meta for the foreseeable future without a nerf.

It has worked a number of times. Damage boost causes it to charged to kill shot incredibly fast and if there's 2 or more people behind a Reinhardt shield its going to break. I don't even need to say anything if they're unlucky enough to not have a rein.
