Looks like 3DS has an easier 10 star song than Taberuna 2000
Talk to townsfolk and complete their requests, if they have you play a song from what one of the guest characters is from, they'll likely give you a special coin that will give you a specific guest character when used at the fountain in the museum. In the first town you can get a Youkai Coin to get Jinbanyan from clearing the request with Youkai Exercise #1, and a Colored Pencil Coin to get Luckytama from clearing the request with Korokoro Cocotama.

it's definitely high tier 10 for FCing but borderline mid tier for passing
