The character who gives me the hardest time is Pharah. She's got a better vantage point and if she sees you she can knock you around enough that you won't get a clear shot as her typical counters like Soldier 76, McCree, or Widowmaker.
But my most anyone teammate award has to go to Lucio and his push. Lucio players love to jump on who ever you are fighting and push them. Just today I've had two instances. I only hate Mercy and Roadhog. Mercy's ult comes up way too often and dual Roadhog team comps seem unbeatable. That heal is crazy, and his damage output is pretty ridiculous.
I don't think Roadhog needs nerfs or anything though, I just think he's annoying the same way OP thinks Mei is annoying.
I also hate Tracer with a passion. I'm a Zarya main and there's nothing I can do against her most of the time. Laser can't even hit her due to her crazy speed, so I end up just firing random grenades, hoping I hit her, but usually just switch to Winston if she's a good Tracer.
Tracer counters Zarya so hard, and Roadhog counters Winston so hard, so if the other team has a Roadhog and Tracer, I'm forced to play Reinhardt and hope my team doesn't suck.
