A couple weeks ago I played an all pharah vs all mei match on hollywood. The pharahs didn't stand a chance.
Constant walls and ice blocks stop anything pharah has, including rocket barrage. It takes a stupidly large amount of rocket direct hits to kill a Mei.

A good pharah can take out any other character. That's not the point.
The point is what the term "counter" implies. It means that one class has a significant advantage over another. Pharah doesn't have any significant advantage over Mei. Pharah can escape Mei easier than other classes, but Mei has tools to escape Pharah as well.
And as a Mei I've ice spiked pharahs shutting down her ult. But I wouldn't say that mei is a counter for pharahs.

lmao I didn't read the rest of the thread but:
1. That's only five characters.
2. Lucio doesn't do hitscan, so I guess there goes the "HITSCAN ONLY CSGO" idea.
3. Bastion is quite easily the simplest hero to counter in the game, so he's rarely picked except when the cart has been pushed to last.
4. You named no tanks, which even in scrims right now are always necessary (despite them pretty much only being LMAO2APE. If you really wanted to play along with your shitspewing, could've said Roadhog, but let's be real it's Zarya.
5. No mention of Tracer despite her being one of the best harassers in the game WITH hitscan, so good job on that I guess.
6. I don't know what your hard-on is for hitscan since both Pharah and Junkrat get _BIG_ damage numbers with projectiles, and Junkrat is even the meta on some maps (e.g., Numbani first point - tower choke).
7. Why are CSGO players your go-to for hitscan tracking/aiming? TF2 players used the same engine, but with different hammerunit speeds plus they had projectiles like the rockets and pills.
