That's actually pretty good, only bad thing is that during early game guns are trash but you can bypass that with Celerity.

Because the vampire's prowess isn't in fucking shit up, it's manipulation and shit. Ventrue typically come from people in power and their disciplines help them consolidate and get more. Sure a Ventrue might not be good in 1v1 combat, but what does that matter when he has a group of well armed retainers, other vampires that hate you, and a group of hunters tipped off to your location?

Step 1: pick either a high humanity or low humanity run
Step 2: If you went with high humanity, do obfuscate and stealth your way through carefully, while putting some points into potence for dealing with pesky vamps. If you went low humanity, become an animalistic battle mage that ravages everything in his path by spamming animalism 3 and 4 (you can use both to kill 2 foes at once and you will get all your blood back thanks to dot 4) and potence for cutting anything that remains to shreds while being a misanthropic cunt.

They used dungeon crawling structure and UI for a game that was more about social interactions. End result is pretty tiresome I find.

That being said, that idea made for one of my most memorable NPC and scenario.
Imagine being hunted by a ruthless old clan Tzimisce that definitely thinks you're "infected". I personally prefer not giving a definitive answer to that question though... let the players kept wondering whether some events were just them losing control to the best in weird ways or them *actually* being infected by... something.
Things are a lot more scarier when you're kept wondering whether the guy that wants to kill you just might be right after all.

I'd like it set during the early 1990s in Seattle with a more punk/grunge feel. Not really a huge fan of that whole thing during the nineties, but I think it'd make for a fantastic vampire setting.
More playable clans would be nice, but I don't know if it'd be worth it if it cut down on clan specific shit like Nosferatu traveling through sewers or the whole of the Malkavian path. Personally I just want to play Lasombra because that's what I play in the PnP.

We didn't really saw the power pyramide of the Camarilla which is a huge turn off for the Anarchs. The only time you really do is as Tremere, when Max Strauß has a non-verbal communication with the man himself, Tremere. You get the Tremere room for that.
