I've played nearly every noteworthy RPG from the 90s till now and I can say that W3, after Blood and Wine, ranks among my top choices. Certainly the best of the decade and of the modern RPGs. Not as good as VTMB though, at least in my book. There might be some older anons that hold cRPGs like the old Fallouts or Baldur's Gate more dear, but other than that, I don't think anything else comes close to it.

Seriously, the base game had some amazing side quests but everything involving the Wild Hunt/Ciri/Triss/Yen was fucking awful. Vesemir/Dandelion/Eskel should have been the main supporting characters instead.
