Why is it just assumed the game will leak at all? Most games send out review copys and leaks are rare. Even breaking street date is relatively rare, and when it happens someone capable/willing to dump usually doesn't get a copy anyway.
Most games are dumped on release day, if not 1-2 days AFTER.
