Just got Thief: Deadly Shadows from GoG, haven't played for years, I remember it being buggy as fuck. Are there any patches to be found or fan fixes? Anything aux I should install as a "must have?"

Yeah there are lots of mods for TDS at this point, look up the Sneaky Upgrade mod package on TTGL forums, it includes things like the Minimalist Project, and Thief 3 Gold in one megamod, as well as several other smaller mods. Best thing is is easy as fuck to install and pick and choose what features you want on and off, and you can change things anytime since the mod has a launcher full of options to enable and disable things.
Deadly Shadows with mods is actually really good, I played through it about 2 months back and had a lot of fun. Enjoy yourself OP. Best thing is, aside from the hubs, T3G stitches all the main levels together so they are much bigger now, not quite the size of a T1 or T2 level but getting there, and no load zones now either.
