Cia is cool. The 3DS game expands the storyso that Link, Lana, and Tetra save her soul, revive her, and she redeems herself by helping the trio and the King take down Ganon. They entrust her with the Triforce of Power and she returns to her position as Guardian, but now she has a friend/sister in Lana so that she won't go crazy with loneliness.
Lana is old news compared to cutie Linkle though.
