Wrong. Snake says in MGS4 that he was taught CQC back when trained by Big Boss. The games handwave for CQC being only in 4 at that point was that Snake only started doing it to counter the PMCs lame attempts at it. Said it's "just reflex."

Arkham Batman is also physically probably the most 'overpowered' version of Batman there is, plus he's got gadgets that put the regular comic book version to shame.

The question is whether Snake can be sneaky enough that he can avoid Batman's on-the-spot plans and traps, then come up behind him and shoot him in the head. If Snake is not operating under any sort of restriction such as a No Death run, it really doesn't seem too difficult.
