Blizzard China accounts (which require a citizen ID) and Blizzard everywhere else accounts are separated and inaccessible in China. Blizzard is heavily invested in China, so I'm surprised they're letting this shit slide when their government connections should be strong enough to stomp them out. Copyright laws basically don't exist at all there. Even if a western company were to take them to court, no way in hell would a Chinese court favor a western company.
