- Registered/Used games are unplayable on other systems
- 24 hour online check-ins or the system will become unplayable
- A camera and microphone that are always on are required to play the system (and probably the reason for the check-ins)

I dont think thats its purpose. Its for 4k 60fps, not for better graphics/mechanics. Like, you likely wont have a game ported from scorpio to Xbox one, they will be the same game with scorpio brute forcing the resolution and framerate the same way you have the same game running on a good pc and on a shit pc. Its different from having something like Assassins Creed Black Flag running on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Those games have different visual features and outright mechanics. A better example would even be Shadows of Mordor.
That was my take from it. If the games on scorpio are to have better graphics other then resolution and framerate then it will reach a point where it wont be able to run at that level (just like a PC, better visuals mean less performance) and it wont be able to be playable on and Xbox one, both things that were advertised.
