Should i upgrade my GTX 750 1gb (i know, i fucked up) to a RX 480? it is really that good? i want to play in 1080p ultra 60fps
If the benchmarks for the RX 480 are true, then you'll fucking love the card for $200.
If you're coming from a 750, you'll love the huge jump of performance.

just wait for benchmarks. 480 should be able to do 1080p at 60fps but I doubt on ultra for everything.

I bought a gtx 960 a couple of months ago to tide me over and I am planning on upgrading to this the minute I can get my sweaty palms on one.
It is basically gtx 980 tier performance for 200 bucks. So max settings on everything 60 FPS at 1080p, decent performance at 4k and on vr. If you are like me and think vr is a meme this card will last you a long long time. It is just a massive value proposition compared to anything else on the market currently.
I sound like an amd shill now but really I hate amd because I had to use one of their god awful moar cores inferno temp cpus for years and it was the worst. This card is just that good of a deal.
