Stalker CoP it's got everything I want in an FPS. Lots of guns with customization. Slav shit. Multiple ammo types. With bullet drop and travel time. Comfy areas, and areas that are pretty spooky, it's got atmosphere for days.
And it only gets better with mods.
I beat CoP with misery installed at least twice a year.

Comfy platforming and exploring, decent third person shooting, everything is fluid and beautiful. Lara has a gentle voice and a nice butt.
For a while I kept dreaming about having my own manor with all kinds of secrets, relics and interesting books because of this game.

Definitely Dragon's Dogma. I've played so much I managed to hit level 200 both on console and on PC along with 100% all achievements on each and I'm still not bored. I've probably put a thousand hours into it before it came out on PC and at least another 250 on the PC version. I could start all over again and still have fun.
It's not perfect but fucking hell. It hits pretty much fucking everything on my personal checklist of shit I love in vidya.
A couple others came close but none of them really hit the mark like DD did.

There was this Roguelike called Guild where you can pretty much customize everything but it was all text based, which isn't that bad but I'm surprised these types of games are rare.
