It's actually very realistic. Have you ever gone to a museum and looked at a very detailed painting? You don't just notice all of the details right away. No, when you spend time looking at it, it seems like certain details "pop in" to view because you notice them for the first time and they just kind of stick.

This is actually a really cool feature, to keep the world from being boring and uninteresting they implemented an interactive sandbox with is constantly changing to keep the player alert.

Any proof on that statement? Nintendo would be lying if that were true because as I recall when announced, Zelda U was simply for the Wii U and that's all. But Nintendo does have a history of lying in that trailer, 2016.
