Zarya.
She can place shields that last 2 seconds on herself or a team mate and that makes her attacks stronger. So using her means you have to activate it just when someone is about to be attacked so you can absorb the damage and fire back.
Thing is, if you do it too early no one will shoot at the shields because the enemy doesn't want to give you the damage boost. Do it too late and you're dead.
I've seen an enemy Zarya time her shield so it blocked a Widowmaker shot, that's 150 damage right there and an easy charge. Dropped her ultimate, sucked in my team mates and then fired her plasma grenades until they all died.
It was one of the few times I commended someone from the opposing team, they really knew what they were doing.

I do it all the time as attackers. Pre-aim, then just strafe in front of your widow and reflect as soon as the spawn doors open. Their widow is guaranteed to have a shot lined up. Even when it fails, your widow will get the kill.
