i spawned some of the new off-roads with miniguns and both csat and nato vtols

i opened the ramp from pilot seat and tried to drive into them.


the csat vtol ramp is noclip/nocollision

how are you supposed to get vehicles inside of them?

I've read they wanted to include more weapons that aren't as futuristic as in the main game.

i like that the ak-74 fire selectors go from full to single like they should, instead of standard single to full

honestly more than any of the new assets or campaigns, i'm excited about the island itself. it looks great and there's a lot of little setpieces that seem like they would be great for missions, like the temple and the overgrown bunkers

Is the multiplayer any good? I hear everyone is a faggot that wont fight in the woods and only goes to open areas.

Reminds me of wasteland mod, have a gigantic map where you can take over towns, set up effective road block, plan attacks against player held areas and actually coordinate on large scale... But everyone plays the tiny map where you spawn surrounded by APCs 50 feet away with thermal vision locked onto your spawn.

Haven't tried multiplayer yet, but I'm looking forward to jungle skirmishes, the woodland is seriously thick and will takeaway the whole being picked off by a rifleman from 600m thing.

Nah I hate those groups, i just like playing with 1 friend and covering each other and causing havoc to those big groups. It's amazing what 2 coordinated people can do. You doing have a mess of people to wait for, you dont have people giving away your position, you dont have to listen to shitters giving you orders or a group of shitters deciding to do dumb things. Just 1 homey covering your back. Thats why wasteland was so perfect. But Stratis only ruined it. I miss the arma 2 map but the custom servers with it on always crashed for me.

Found another temple, this one is pretty damned big.

Also I'm gonna start hiding in plain sight on the screenshots to test the new camo, pretty easy on this one.

i was heli (CAS) pilot in a large scale mission and one of the leaders there told me to fly far off because he "didn't want to hear the rotor noises"

so far off that i couldn't save them from the rape they had to endure by tanks.
