Yes, that is literally one of the ones I was thinking of.
Go and look up Smogons standards of every slow mon and look at the tiering and the resentment they get for not being fast.
Go on the Pokemon Sage wiki and look at the sheer asshurt people project towards the slow mons because it's a fan game that hypothetically could correct mistakes Game Freak does with it's stat distribution.
Speed is the only thing that really matters in that game.
