Pretty much. He's every player character plus Gwyn, among other no named lords that linked the flame. What I dont know is, Abyss Watchers, Aldrich, Yhorm, Prince Lothric, Ludleth. They are all called lords of cidner because they linked the flame, but lothric didnt but is still a lord of cinder. also, why are they not included in the soul of cinder amalgamation?
