I beat the leaked version of Mighty Number 9.
Graphics were shit, cutscenes had no mouth movement, but the gameplay was fucking fun.
Voice acting was a mix of okay and cringey as fuck.

We know the Shantae team puts out good stuff.

Shantae's taking an absurdly long time to get out, but I figure it'll probably be good. Yooka Laylee's already great and I regret not backing it, hoping it'll get a physical release like pretty much every other major Kickstarter success lately.
Bloodstained is also looking like exactly what I, and apparently most of the backers wanted in the first place, just another Castlevania game. The gameplay we've seen is a bit unpolished but it's making fast progress.
Mighty No. 9 is just absolutely fucked though. It's terribly optimized and looks like garbage, and the gameplay feels clunky thanks to the stupid dash meter. It's less like just another Megaman game and more like a disappointing knock-off.
Yooka-Laylee (aka Banjo-Threeie) is kicking all their asses. It'll easily be a GOTY contender.
