honestly dynamic queue is way better for the vast majority of players, only people above diamond is it a lot worse for. And overwatch is fun but it doesn't have as much replay value in my opinion as league, honestly I dont think it even has as much as TF2 did I am already getting bored of the same old gametypes in that game.
