It wasn't horrible but it wasn't exceptional either.
Nintendo should never pull a stunt like this again, because while I'm cautiously optimistic about the new Zelda and it's hard to fuck up Pokemon, a two game livestream makes for a lackluster E3 presence.
And that's what this entire show is about - putting on the best show you can (it's not so much about being "the best," just so long as each individual company does their best).
So with that in mind, I got the feeling that every conference was holding back a bit (probably because most of their really big showstoppers weren't ready) with Sony being the exception. Shame they only ever highlight overly scripted fake gameplay for their boring movie games though.
Overall just an average/good E3.

Gaming lately hasn't been the best to me, I still enjoy it over all though. Also that chart isn't completely negative or anything, a B for Sony & C for Microsoft is positive in my eyes (or at least neutral in Microsoft's case) & South Park & Zelda are pretty good to me.

Even though im an xbox fanboy, I'll admit Sony had some pretty fucking cool games

but I'd say that they're tied. They both presented some pretty good games. Xbox had a lot of cool new features and while they did pretty much say "fuck you" to early xbox adopters, I think they're taking xbox in the right direction by trying to merge it with the pc communtiy. Im actually glad pc owners get to play xbox games and cross platform will allow me to play games with my buddy who owns a pc. Also, scorpio is gonna be fucking good and will allow xbox players to enjoy pc quality games without having to spend $800+ dollars on a high end pc.
Playstation is doing some pretty good shit with their console and especially VR. Theyre making good decisions by partnering up with companies and having a partnership with Kojima, so props to them
Overall I think it was an okay year at e3 and all the faniggers who shit on other people's choice of console should really consider another hobby :\

Sony won this with a pretty solid conf, MS just pretty much officialized the death of the Xbox one, Nintendo surprised with a ton of Zelda gameplay that looked pretty nice, Bethesda was ok, Ubi was meh and EA was complete shit.

I graded Nintendo a D since their shit was pretty shit though & gave Sony a B since their conference was definitely pretty good.But yeah, you're right, I don't own a PS4. Looking for reasons to get one though, it's slowly winning me over.

Nintendo sold me a Wii U today.
I'm still looking for enough reasons to buy a PS4 to no avail so far.
For me to buy a console, I have to have enough games for it that if I bought them all at full price, I'd spend more on games than the console I play them on.
A Wii U costs about $300 new. I want to own Zelda, Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, Splatoon, Wonderful 101, Sm4sh, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and possibly get Twilight Princess HD and maybe Star Fox Zero (though I've heard it's bad for some reason, I don't know why, can anyone elaborate?).. So 7-9 games. $274 for about $400 worth of games.. it's worth getting, backwards compatible with the Wii I have almost 20 games for too.
PS4.. There's Bloodborne, Star Ocean 5, Nier Rising Revengeance, and Final Fantasy XV. If it was backwards compatible with the PS3 I could add a few games (3 Tales of Games and Demon's Souls).. But it's not..
so I'd be spending $350 to play $240 worth of games for a PS4. $200 to play about $100 worth of games for PS3 (and there's a possibility Namco may release the tales games for PC someday)
It's just not compelling to buy PS4 hardware for the few games I want to play on it.
