You're going to need to unlock the content that you can't get anymore because you can't connect to wifi. Getting a thing called NDS Adaptor Plus (looks sketchy as FUCK but works well) will let you get the mainly cosmetic extra stuff that you can't get ever since they shut down Nintendo wifi. It is an amazing game, especially if you loved Dragon Quest 3, or optimizing a party.

An awesome game. After sinking around 250+ hours in, I just downloaded a ROM for that pesky no longer available endgame DLC. Have fun with the next few months.

Then I just looked up DQIX save editor, that's the exact name of the program I found, no viruses, easy to use. You can just make the DLC quests available to your ROM, so when you get up to them you can do them, or you can give yourself absolutely everything in the game, make your whole party gods and faceroll the game in a matter of hours.

Not him but if you play multiplayer and a player have the DLC in its game, your game will unlock the DLC too
