Almost everything looked like shit in the sony conference, the same blend of "cinematic" gameplay, kojimas game didn't reveal anything about it and can hardly be judged, crash was like being shit on, the only good things about it was that it was trailer after trailer and the last guardian has a release date, other than that I cannot see at all why people are hyping the conference up so much.

I just seriously don't see how anybody can say Sony won this. All the games they showed are not coming until years from now. Horizon is guaranteed to be garbage when it comes out. At best a 75 Metacritic score. The Kojima game looks awesome but that's it. Resident Evil 7 is coming out on PC and Xbox. Microsoft has 4 exclusives coming out for Windows 10 and Xbox this fall. Sony has one. The Xbox is cheaper than PlayStation 4, has many different varieties.

I thought it a pretty solid experience. The gameplay was well done if a little simplistic, but it functioned very well. The shooting, fighting mechanics, cover system, and exploration were all blended well and the story and gameplay integration was exceptional.
Did it get over praised? Abso-fucking-lutely, but it was a damn fine game too.
