Go the Ike route with Guts if you're not going to give him a custom class. He's literally a mercenary for hire, so it works out fine.
I'd make Griffith a reskin of a normal Lord unit, like Erika or something.
Casca should probably be a Myrmidon or something of similar nature.
Everyone else should be pretty obvious for what classes they should be, I feel.
Oh, and it's Sacred Stones that has all the monster units.Don't buy into the From meme you fool, just make good vidya.
