This is a disgrace, after 10 years of Sony talking about this game it's finally a reality but it doesn't look any better than what we saw back then, it looks worse. The downgrading is real.

Fact of the matter is that the PS3 could render that old footage at 720p(trailers were in 1080p) and since the PS4 will be playing it at 1080p, to make it work at 30fps they've seemingly removed some of the graphical features. The shitty hardware can't do any better.
The game looks almost identical to how it was before but without fog and shadows mainly. If it was prerendered before(it wasn't, it didn't even look amazing graphically) it's still prerendered now(it wasn't obviously).
Gameplay looks pretty shitty too.

Remember how people were extremely hyped up for TLOU cause of all the things we saw at E3 and most of the things that would make the game great, such as AI reacting differently depending on what kind of weapon you have, was missing from the actual game?
In other words, no, I'm not hyped until I play it, but I probably won't because it is probably a game that people say is good based on the story, so I'd just watch a youtube video for that.
